Best limo website's main goal is to convert new prospects. Needless to say, the best limo websites are not designed for regular clients, because they have already converted! In this article, we'll come up with a checklist of things about your limousine website, that can help you convert more website visitors and give you an advantage over your competition. Although you will already check-off many things on this list, you might wish to focus on improving your website for things you haven't addressed.



Is your website outdated?

Let's face it. Website visitors can visually recognize websites that haven't been touched in the last 3-5 years. And they area scared of them and will quickly move on to a nicer and prettier website offered by someone else. It's similar to watching a movie in black and white vs. watching it in color. People are intuitively running away from any old technology, unless it's a beautiful vintage car. So if your website hasn't been updated recently, that's your first order of business.

Logo and slogan

You would want to start with a professional logo and a slogan. This is also where you pick your primary colors and font for your limo company. Basically, you want to make sure that your entire presentation looks very professional and having uniform colors and fonts that complement your logo is half the battle. Your slogan could be something as simple as "the best service in your local area" but it should really denote your values and what makes you different (for example: "We go the extra mile")

It makes sense to add pictures of your local area (your local landmarks or city views) as they are familiar to your customer and instill trust. This should be followed by professional looking pictures of your fleet. You might want to use sliders to give website visitors a variety of pictures and videos without having them scroll. Your pictures should also contain your unique value proposition (for example: we are punctual. If we are late, the ride is free; or if you are competing on price, you would write down your price offer, online discounts or add-ones that are included in price e.g. tolls, gratuities, newspapers, water etc). If you compete with Uber, you need to tell your prospects why you are better than Uber (example: no surge pricing, safe vehicles, verified or drug-tested drivers, personal touch etc). They should also have a clear call-to-action (for example: Reserve Today, Call Now or if you are more of a taxi service: 10% OFF with online booking) Remember, your new limo website is for new conversions, not your regular customers.

This is probably the most used feature of any modern limo website. Your potential customers love to browse prices and will use it to compare you with your competitors. There is nothing better than giving them a real price estimate based on their pickup and dropoff points. They also expect a nice price layout complete with the image of the vehicle next to the price, along with the number of bags and passengers that can fit in the vehicle.

Reservation forms

The best limo websites have simple and easy reservation forms with basic but important information, such as flight numbers, number of passengers and number of bags. Many potential prospects will give up, overwhelmed with the amount of information you are asking them to fill!
